Andrew Odgers

Andrew Odgers is a managing consultant with particular experience in organisational, people & quality development. 

Andrew is skilled in initiating and project managing innovative interventions in the public and private sectors to meet strategic business objectives, driving change through organisations as they shift to a more commercial, customer-focused standpoint.

Andrew has extensive experience across central and local government, merchant and retail banking and the third sector. He has managed cutting edge change and development programmes involving large groups of staff and managed teams for demanding clients. Andrew has designed and delivered programmes for 'future leaders' who will be undertaking key roles over the next ten years.

Throughout his career Andrew has demonstrated a proven ability to establish and maintain excellent business relationships with clients, determining their needs and devising solutions. His experience of operating in challenging, rapidly changing environments has shown a high capacity for analytical thinking and problem-solving, which combines with his well-developed relationship management abilities and first-rate communication skills.

Andrew set up own consultancy in 2006 concentrating on Organisational Development selected replica watches and Learning and Development. He is also a UKCP Registered Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.
