Confidential workplace investigations
Each investigation requires the upmost sensitivity, objectivity and discretion. At The HR Lounge we come to each investigation with an impartial view and create an environment and ethos which allows for individuals to be able to speak openly and be treated with dignity.
Many of our investigations involve access to very sensitive material and absolute confidentiality has been required. A number of our clients commission us specifically because they know that their cases will be dealt within a transparent but discrete manner. We have a track record of detailed, coherent and quality-assured reports and will act as witnesses for the client at any employment tribunals that should result from action. To date, none of our cases has resulted in an employment tribunal hearing for any of our clients.
