Fiona Anderson can demonstrate over 20 years' experience of driving change and delivering business benefits. 

She displays an energetic and inspirational approach to all that she does, from technical, system driven change, to behavioural and cultural change. 
Fiona specialises in building sustainable change with individuals, teams and organisations. She is skilled at working with executives to establish a clear direction and supporting strategies. Confident challenging the norms, she exposes barriers to change, encourages ownership and commitment to drive improvements. 
Her previous experience includes being the regional lead for the largest IT programme in Europe. She has also delivered a £205m cost reduction when leading a national operations project. Fiona has helped organisations define brand values, integrating them throughout to deliver a consistent employee and customer experience . With both international and national expertise, Fiona has   worked with employers and clients in utilities, logistics, retail, education, police, health, automotive, voluntary organisations, recycling, SME, government agencies and local government.  She is licensed to use the acclaimed MBTI personality style assessment and Cultural Transformation Tool, a leading edge culture analysis tool.
Fiona’s recent successes include: cultural transformation focussing on partnership working and customer experience, validated by Investors in People accreditation; bespoke workshops to improve performance; rebuilding trust following restructure and redundancies; Survive and Thrive – developing strategies to survive the global recession; executive coaching to accelerate personal growth; working with multi agencies to remove the barriers to partnership working, putting the child at the centre of everything they do.
