Lisa has an impressive track record in the world of HR.
She has been working as a Reward Consultant for the last 12 years during which time she has managed and undertaken a range of projects and has worked with a wide variety of job evaluation schemes including NJC, IDS, JEGS, JEMS, JESP, Pay Points, and JESS (a job evaluation scheme she created and still uses extensively in a variety of sectors).
Lisa has extensive experience of reviewing pay and grading structures across a range of sectors. She is currently working with St. John’s School and College, an independent specialist college, based in Brighton, to evaluate their roles and implement a new pay and grading structure. Lisa has also worked for a number of local authorities to undertake single status reviews including Thurrock Council, Portsmouth City Council, and New Forest District Council.
Additionally Lisa has undertaken similar projects in private sector organisations such as Hitachi Capital UK, in charitable organisations such as Penrose Housing Association, and in member organisations such as NAHT.
