Aislinn De’Ath

Aislinn De’Ath trained at Drama Centre London and has worked on stage, screen and radio since graduating. She has appeared on the BBC, national theatre tours, in award winning films and on a variety of advertising campaigns. Aislinn also runs her own film company. Specialising in voice work and body language, Aislinn has been with the HR Lounge since 2011 and has coached numerous clients in both private and public sectors between her regular acting roles.

Robert Dukes

Robert Dukes trained at Lincoln University and with the acclaimed acting and success coach Bernard Hiller in both London and Los Angeles. Robert works regularly in London both acting and producing films. Robert’s company, Flight of Fancy Films, has won a number of awards for short films including, ‘The Green Eyed Monster’ and ‘Shrew’d’. With credits including The Councillor and Macbeth, Robert specialises in screen work and is a seasoned presentation coach. 

Martin Tiplady

Martin Tiplady was the Director of HR at the Metropolitan Police Service for over nine years.

He served as a board member and reported directly to the Commissioner. Martin was responsible for HR, Leadership and Training (with a budget of £110m), as well as Logistics, Catering and other functions (with a further budget of just under £100m).

During his service Martin introduced a major new HR infrastructure and system saving over £15m per annum and requiring 350 fewer HR employees. He also transformed the training structure and put in place a model that saved over £30m a year.

Martin introduced new HR policies and systems that increased the police workforce by over 13,000. He was actively at the centre of new pay structure design for the entire UK police service and was very involved in plans to reform and modernise policing nationally.

Martin was awarded an OBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours 2010 for services to policing. 

Martin provides the HR Lounge with specialist advice in HR infrastructure, policies and logistics.

Evelyn Fearon

Evelyn Fearon is a chartered member of the CIPD, a qualified conflict resolution mediator and a specialist para-legal in employment law.

With her 30 years in-depth experience of Employee Relations, Evelyn comes to us with a proven track record in delivering forensic multi-faceted evidence-based investigations, undertaking complex management case reviews with a view to protecting the organisation from protracted and costly litigation as well expertise in facilitating and chairing hearings and appeals. 

She has worked with customers and stakeholders in delivering solution-focused outcomes for complex and large transformational change programmes, to sensitive, high-risk performance cases, including the safeguarding of vulnerable children and adults. She has experience of developing, consulting, and delivering accessible and user-friendly policies and procedures, and has a reputation for excellent project management skills. Her straight-forward style is credible, engaging, interactive and flexible, as well as challenging, thought-provoking, but ultimately supportive.

Evelyn joined the HR Lounge as an Associate in August 2014.

Martha Clarke

Martha Clarke is the founder and director of ClarkeMediationUK where she has carried out over 50 mediations for clients such as universities, schools, banks, major retailers, the NHS, Royal Mail, charities and trade unions.

Martha is a fully qualified workplace, civil and commercial and community mediator. She has mediated two-party conflicts and group conflicts in demanding organisations, where time is at a premium. 

In addition, to mediating Martha delivers accredited workplace mediation courses and shorter courses on managing workplace conflict. She also coaches clients on how to manage difficult relationships.

With a background in psychology, Martha is dedicated to enabling clients and organisations to be their best. As a mediator she gives parties the space and support they need to come up with their own solutions; as a trainer she takes time to understand her clients and their needs before tailoring courses to their needs; and as a coach she adopts a holistic approach enabling clients to fully explore their issues and make decisions.
